House Swimming Carnival
It was a great day for our annual inter-house swimming carnival today. The students were in good spirits and it was great to see so many of them getting in the water and having a go. Congratulations to Morris house who won the day.

Junior Secondary Swimming Carnival
Last Thursday we held our inaugural Junior Secondary Swimming Carnival - the first time that year 7-9 students have participated in a carnival separate from the year 10-12 students. This was also the first time that we have held the carnival in our own pool, a facility that will be officially opened this coming Thursday, February 24.
It was a great day and it was wonderful to see so many of the students getting in and having a go, regardless of their swimming ability. There was great house spirit on the day and a real sense of support for one another - in fact some of the loudest cheers were reserved for students who were coming last in their race but had the determination to finish. Well done to all involved!
| Congratulations to Mr Holtsbaum and the Gibbs House team for winning the day! |
